why dont you try to help him instead of busting his balls.

first off the igf is too long. i would run it at 5 weeks at most but thats me. running igf and slin together will increase his insulin sensitivity so he better be ready for that. i would throw some test susp or prop in there as well. everything else looks good.

as far as the diet I would say its going to be hard to get 600 grams of protein in but if you can then power to ya.

Proviron will probaly take care of libido problems even if tren are run without test.

I would save the IGF-1 for pct here.

We love to help, but it is very clear that this thread is a joke or no research has been done. This forum is for advise, not doing other people`s research .Even your advise is poor, 600 grams of protein is too much,it is not needed and will store as fat.

not necessarilly. genetics play a huge role as well as his cardio schedule. you want your protein very high while on igf so i would say i am more right then wrong.

Have you ever been on IGF? If so what results did you get? Does it increase muscle growth?

yes i did a 25 day stint of 80mcg. i ate 500 grams of protein a day in pct. generally igf is used for hyperplasia and collagen synthesis. i really didnt get much and my diet was in check. i took it while cutting and I kept strength and saw some vascularity. may have helped in strengthening my ligaments in my shoulder but no noticeable gains. its best used for cutting IMO. it didnt cause any muscle growth by any means. maybe a little leaner but that could have been done with diet so its all speculation. also had to eat every hr and a half so i wouldnt go into hypo.

so if you were trying to get into a pissing contest it back fired.

have you honestly ever ate 600 grams of protein to know it makes you fat? its different from person to person just like anything else.

Respect about IGF,you know the true deal.No I have never ate that much protein,no need, neither do the people on this forum, are you suggesting we need to eat this much protein? I do agree with you that on a IGF cycle it is recommended to increase your protein intake.Very good post about IGF.

i am currently off cycle and weighing 228 to 230 and by 2 today i ate 8 chicken breasts and 11 eggs with rice, bread and oatmeal ect ect. for some reason i have to eat that much food bc i still get hypo like symptoms if i dont eat every 2 and a half hours. i get sluggish and cant think. i have been stuck at this weight eatting close to 600 grams of protein and high carbs. but i also burn alot due to my workout regime.

I know what you mean about the hypo feeling on IGF,my conclusion is the half-life of IGF is something like 15-30 hours, not the myth of 6 hours that spread`s around anabolic forum`s.To be very frank with you,IGF is just a very expensive fat burner, that`s it,a waste of money.

The term "bigger" means nothing. If someone is "bigger" that means they have more mass. More mass = More scale weight. So you're basically saying that there is more gravity pulling you to the center of the earth then there is Goose? LBM is totally different then Mass. LBM is where it should really come down to not overall mass. That will also depend on ones goal...........

Is this a typo? 1lb. of Chicken is roughly about 120g of Protein. So eaitng 9lbs. of Chix/Red meat a day will put you over 1000G of protein a day.

Very accurate feedback here JJEB. I too have noticed similar results running doses even higher then this. So have others on this board along with many others.

What types of carbs are you eating? I find that eating higher glycemic carbs will aid in someone like yourself. I too tend to feel hypo type symptoms quite easily and the higher glycemic carbs work much better. Some try using LR3 while cutting and cant get away with eating low Glycemic carbs and have to impliment some more starchy foods.

Now to get to the question that was proposed at the beginning of this thread.

Clinchy, what kind of goal does your friend have? Slin, IGF and Tren plus eating 5700 kCals a day?

higher GI carbs for the most part with oatmeal. occasionally i would eat teh white rice which isnt as high GI carbs as brown rice or oatmeal.
