Pec's Not Boobs

I have been using gear for a number of years, mainly light courses, but over the last year or so I have developed a bit of a lump under my right nipple.
Now I wanna get big but done really fancy having boobs!!
What can I use that wont agitate any bitch tits..
Any advice would be appreciated...

do you do PCT? you can run any anabolic compound you want as long as you're using the proper preventative pharmacology (eg., nolvadex, letrozole, etc)

yeah I have got tamoxifen and anastrozole tabs to use during a course, but i wanted to know what gear I could take that would have no gyne effect..I wanna take something that does'nt need a mass of other tabs to stop side effects.
