I am gonna start my first cycle in a week. Would I need anything else besides the following; ( In this I mean an HCG, etc.)
500mg Deca 12 weeks
500mg Sustanon 12 weeks
10mg Nolvadex 12 weeks everyday.
I do not know if nolvadex is for recovery, I do know its an anti estrogen.

I also bought something a while back called Viraloid @ GNC. Is that good for anything?

read up for a few more weeks. doesnt seem you know what you should before starting a cycle. Learn about gyno symptoms, FULL PCT knowledge, and anything that might come in handy while on cycle. Steroids are no joke. Glad you asked before doing like some of these kids who just start up and then at the end their like I'm Big now! Am I ready for another cycle!

i would go a lil higher on the sust to be safe ..

20 mg/ed of nolva while your on .. and nolva and clomid for pct .. if yur ganna use hcg use it before the cycle ends

Is Letro just as good as Nolva or clomid?

i don't know too much about letro personally but .. i hear alot of people say its good for pct . maybe some one else can answer that question .
