i ordered some syringes but what I got I believe are soley needles..

Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't syringes have the actual tube and plunger where the gear is stored while injecting?

When you order there is the needles and the needle/syringes. I made the mistake of only ordering needles before.

so the synringe should have the tube which hold the gear correct?

that was i ordered from Lion but only got the needle with the adapter on the end..

I emailed him this morning, I'm sure he'll make it right

You can buy the pins (needle) and not the barrel (syringe) or as a combo.. Most places sell as a combo that I have seen but not sure about Lion but I am sure he will help you.
