    First cycle(?)

    Hi everyone. I did my first cycle when I was 21. It consisted of Sus 250 2x/week for ten weeks and then deca only for 10 wks @400 mgs week (Iwas stupid, please no deca only comments). I did no pct or anything and then quit working out. Needless to say I lost everything and got fat. Now I have been in the gym consistently for three years, eating right and put on good quality muscle. About to start a new cycle as soon as I cut. Maybe in 1 1/2 months. My question is: Should I just do a 12 week cycle of Test E@500/week or add some deca @400 for 10 wks. This is technically my third cycle but due to my previous stupidity I think my receptors are fresh and do not want to have to do more than I need. I will save it for later.

    Oh, I also have the proper pct this time.

    sounds fine, I would run the deca till week 11 though

    so i should run deca ? thats the question. Is it necessary. If not I would rather save it for the next cycle.

    knowing that you have run each before I would run both but it isn't neccessary. You may not get 20 pounds like the first run for most people but you can still get 13-15 pounds from a test only cycle

    i haven't done them in over three years. my receptors wont be fresh? wondering if this would be like my first cycle so I can work up to multiple compounds in the future. I did not do the sus and deca together.

    Your receptors are fresh but what is your weight difference from then till now?

    when i came off the deca I was around 180 @5"9' then lost it and got to a fat 180 when i quit working out for more than a year. now i am leaner than when i came off cycle and weigh 212.

    exactly, you have less room to grow now that you are 212. You will need more to grow the same as when you were 180

    Thanks for the advice. I am trying to cut and when i do I will run the deca /test. after that would it be okay to go to test/tren . I wanted to do test, then deca/test, then test/tren. or would that be too soon.

    just make sure you give your boddy enough time too recover, tren is powerful stuff and hard on your hpta levels.

    i plan on recovering fully my cycle will start when I cut which should be in 1 1/2 months. then off around 3 months not including pct and then test/tren . I will have a log on here with pics so check them out when it happens. end of march/start april.
