Hey thanks to all who have helped me. Let me tell you how I am doing right now.

Work out week 4 I have gained 25 lbs (water/muscle/ a little fat). I have added 50 to my bench, 70+ to my military press, 150+ to my squats... and just great strength gains across the board. I am currently on just 250 sus a week, and starting to bump to 500 next week.
