I am about to start a sust/dbol cycle. My current W/O schedule is
Monday--Chest/Abs
Tuesday--Arms/Cardio
Wednesday--Legs
Thursday--Back/Shoulders
Friday--Cardio
Saturday--Off
Sunday--Light W/O /Cardio
I'm starting the cycle at 6'2 170
I plan to take 500mg Sust weeks 1-10 and the Dbol i wanted to take for weeks 1-5. My question is should I take the Dbol everyday or just on the days that I lift? Can't wait to see the results!!!
