My goal is to cut fat and gain lean muscle.
I have my pct in order plus nolva.
I'm starting a 12 wk cycle of Test E at 200 mgs twice a week.
Should I expect an increase in fat or a reduction.
I've been lifting for 6 months now and I feel its time for a boost. I work out 5 days a week but just started to incorp cardio.
I'm starting regardless so i'm looking for suggestions on the best way to approach. Again i'm starting regarldess.
