Facts - Starting Regardless - Cyle to cut fat and bulk

29 yrs old
6'0
190lbs
My goal is to cut fat and gain lean muscle.
I have my pct in order plus nolva.
I'm starting a 12 wk cycle of Test E at 200 mgs twice a week.
Should I expect an increase in fat or a reduction.
I've been lifting for 6 months now and I feel its time for a boost. I work out 5 days a week but just started to incorp cardio.
I'm starting regardless so i'm looking for suggestions on the best way to approach. Again i'm starting regarldess.

Nice attitude about it..."i don't care what you say, i'm doing it anyways" kind of a childish attitude to have. JMHO.
anyways, in regards to your question of increase vs decrease in body fat -- it will largely depend on your diet. you can do what you want with it...whether you eat to bulk, eat a very clean bulk, or if you were to use a cutting diet.

cb25, I appreicate the response.
The only reason I phrased my question like that is because I know that the advise given will be not to start.
I didnt know that you can run a cutting diet while on Test E. Can you explain that?

your out of shape to be taking steroids ; and it sounds like you think they are some kind of miracle drug. Take them regardless of what we say but when you start getting tons of problems and side effects don't come back here asking for help!

I know you don't want to hear it, but I think you'd get better and longer lasting results from really nailing down your diet and training, getting into this lifestyle for a longer period of time before using anabolics. This is really the best way to keep any gains you'll get though.

you need to get your diet down #1 most important thing and maybe a year or two down the road of consistent training maybe you will be ready. you don't jump into steroids .

i don't get why you guys help and encourage this guy when you know he shouldn't be using gear; you guys should be saying stay away and not supporting him just because he says he is going to take regardless.

If I were you I would try to lose some BF before starting the cycle, build up a better base by adding some muscle too.
400mgs is more than enough for your first run.

I personally think nobody should be using steroids for just cosmetics or looks, only athletes and bodybuilders and people who need it for health reasons

oh, and as for the guy posting. you know its not the best decision to start, but if you are doing it regardless, do it right. 400mgs wk for 10-12wks and proper pCT>

If you are just starting cardio, give the cardio 60 days. You could reach half your goal without the drugs. Then re-evaluate your goals at that time. Running changes your body fast, add in some minor diet changes and you will be very happy with the results.

Oh and I just want to look good at the club :-) Test is an amazing thin when you get up into your mid-thirties and higher.
