anavar has about a 9 hour half-life, clen around 30. i don't think it matters if you take them together or space them apart. if i ever have a choice, i space them apart though.

Here's how I take Anavar. 50 mg per day. You can take your clen all at once if it's a low-moderate dose.

I take 20 mg at 5:00 am when I wake up before I lift
10 mg at 10 am
10 mg at 4 pm
10 mg at 10 pm

It has a 9 hour half life, so your levels will be steady all day, which will help maintain constant protein synthesis.

Between compounds: Var and Clen can be taken together, they won’t interact.
Within compounds: Take the Var in two doses, early and then late, 8-12 hours apart.
Clen depends on how high you run it, but most take it in divided doses at 7-8am…noon…3pm.
It is not recommended to take it after 3pm as it hinders sleep.
