Does anyone know of a good business on the east coast of u.s. that does remailing?

The protocol of time on plus pct = time off...Does this mainly relate to testosterone ? Could I use var a couple months prior to the start of another cycle and include eq a month before running, prop,tren ,eq and var at the end?
