Sustanon/Deca for Beginner
Hi.. I just started taking sustanon and deca durabolin both from Organon. I am still in highschool and I dont want to get huge all of a sudden and let people know that I am taking roids. I was wondering if 200mg of Deca and 250 mg of Sustanon a week is good enough to give me a large boost in strength and some mass. I am hoping to gain about 20 lbs before August. Is 250 mg a week of Sus and 200 of Deca good enough to do that in 6 or 7 weeks?

well, ill just prepare you for what you're going to read, you're to young for cycles, those doses are too low, you're to young for this board(maybe), what do you have for pct, do you know what pct is? your test levels are already shooting through the roof, theres no need for juice. hope you're glad with your height, you wont be growing anymore.

what age are you?
id do some more research before planning a cycle, the cycle you mentioned isnt good at all, is this your first cycle?

you will gain more with proper diet and hard work. your too young, and if you take them now, you will be wishing you hadnt..do some research, and you will see what I mean...

Yeah, it's my first cycle. I'm about 5'11 and playing high school ball. I've gone from a pretty big 170 to a smaller 190 in the past 2 months just from training all naturally. I want to be about 5'11 and 210 lb running back by the time season starts. I am already pretty strong for my size atleast in my upper body I'm putting up around 300 bench and squatting close to 400. I'm cycling this because I heard it's the bare minimum I should take and I dont want to damage my body too much or let people know i'm taking them. Is cycling this little going to help my gains at all? I'm not looking to be a huge body builder type.. just bulky body type? Is there a suggestion on what I should take? I saw what steroids did to a friend of mine that just graduated and I was greatly impressed.

well I have been researching for almost a year and I read that those are effective doses for athletes. I don't care that I'm too young, I only have one more shot at football for the rest of my life and I'm just trying to make the best of it.

Hrmmmm, if I was to say anything, it would be sus only. Good luck, but you are too young. (also college is where you get your shot to play ball). I hope if you do make it to pros, your carreer lasts more than a minute due to you closing your body off early.

still in highschool.. running a cycle would be the most idiotic thing you could do by f'in up ur endocrine system before its fully developed.. ur loss LOL
anyways run just test by its self if ur going to be a fool atleast be a smart one.

If you are going to do it no matter what and I think you are. Drop all of that and do test e 500/wk. I was a little older than you when I did the same thing and I regret it to this day. I f you are old enough to be on this board which I doubt I hope you like to peak in high school because the deca stays in your system a long time and when you get to college it will still be there and you will fail your drug test and never play again. B e sure to PM me and tell me this then I won't feel as bad for my stupidity in my younger days. I didn't throw away a possible football career for 20 lbs. I could get naturally. Who am I kidding you have been researching this for a year and already knew this. This is just a post to keep us on our toes. Thank you, I have been getting slack lately

i am not bedridden i just did everything wrong. no pct. lost all my gains. but now i am bigger than i have ever been in my life natural with a good diet and lifting routine and an coming to my natural limit and an almost ready to start a cycle again. proper pct and everything. I am not going to make the same mistake twice. this time I will just drink winny like the pros do.

well, hearing that makes me think differently of it. Is there a diet that anyone could suggest that will help me gain some mass instead of stooping to that level at a young age? Thank you guys for convincing me that it's a bad idea. Would a muscletech leukic and gakic stack with cell tech and nitro tech be a better stack than roiding?

Eat around 5K cals a day clean. go to diet forum and look at stickies. you can put on a lot of weight at your age

You came to this board for some good advice. Quick gains now will greatly cost you in the long run. When young men still in high school do steroids it gives them a real bad name and that greatly effects the rest of us who are responsible in are use of these very powerful drugs. If you feel you have to do something to help your self out try some good protein shakes, creatine and if you have to try some var 40-50mg ad will give added strength and help your natural test to build the mass. I hope you listen there are alot of guys with many years of good advice here.

Well I have taken Creatine and Protein but I was just wanted a quick huge gain. but i think actually talking to people that know what they're talking about makes me feel like I should do it more naturally.. what is var?

Eat clean as you can 5K a day. try to use maybe some low grade test boosters (cycled) and creatine esters. Get to college. Try hard keep working, then if you are just under the razors edge, maybe go AAS and get to the edge.

I plan on going to college somewhere in So Cal, probably San Diego State. I am trying to get a scholarship in athletics because I have a pretty good grade point average being a 3.83 and I run track, I wrestle, and I play football. I was all conference linebacker last season being only 5'11 170 lbs and I didn't play much offense because I was really valuable on defense. I have cut my 40 yd down to 4.6 seconds at 195 lbs and I want to gain about 20 lbs but I dont want to sacrifice my speed at all. There isn't very many runningbacks in highschool that are 210 lbs and still running a 4.6.. so would eating 5k calories a day and lifting 5 days a weeks.. some days lifting 2 times a day hurt me at all? I heard working out too much could be bad for me, I also usually do bleachers and a couple laps 2 times a week.

yeah lifting 2x a day is dumb unless u really know what ur doing spend some time in the weight training forum and diet section
