    what to take to decrease bloat

    and dont say nolva. i tried it and it didnt help.

    im thinking like arimidex .....what mg ED would be good?

    it depends, if come from estradiol, aromasin plus faslodex.
    if come from sodium retention (aldosterone or renin) furosemide or bumetamide and low sodium diet (1-1.5 gr of sodium daily) .

    a-dex and proviron did the trick perfectly here (.5 mg ed...25 mg ed respectivly)
