    Ok Im Taking

    500mg Test Once A Week

    30mg Oral Dbol

    200mg Vit B6

    250mg Milk Thisle

    Pct Will Include 2 Or 3 Of These Clomid,nolvadex,liquidex

    4 Muscle Milk Protein Drinks A Day And A Good Diet And Working Out 4 Times A Week With Cardio

    this is first cycle does it look ok and info will help thanks

    dont need the b6 mate and you should split the test up bi-weekly!!

    not the biggest im about 5'10 160 sports most of my life, cant gain wait for nothing been this size must of my 30 years.

    Yes its a good first cycle but make it like this:

    1-12 Test 500mg ew shooting monday/thursday

    1-4 Dbol 30mg ed

    1-12 Nolvadex 20mg ed <--for gyno & water retention

    PCT Clomid/nolva


    Dont forget is get your diet in check because if there is no good diet then dont excpect any gains clean diet is the key to grow.

    ok so do times a week 250mg each time9500mg week) ill do tuesday and fridays shooting

    i take it your goal is to bulk up so everything looks pretty good but def split the test up into 2 shots, sun & weds or mon & thurs as it will help keep your levels consistant.

    you should also be tryin to get as much protien from real foods and not so much the mm shakes.

    alot will say to drop the dbal and see how you react to the test alone but i dont see much wrong with addin it to your 1st go.
