i am 36 225lb and taking my 1st cycle of test cyp. what if anything can i do to reduce the amount of water retention without using another as?

No it does not work like l-dex.

l-dex is short for liquidex,which is a liquid(oral) form of arimadex

i used nolvadex (tamoxifen) and proviron for bloat on anadrol/prop, and didnt get any water retention. did the job for me. ive used proviron in the past with test e, and got none then either. 50mg ED should do it
