When I start my cycle (Test E 500mg/week) I've decided I'm going to do glutes because I will be doing most leg lifts and can't afford to have sore quads...anyways on with my question, what are your guys personal experiences on injecting your own glutes? position you get in? standing up? laying down? mirror? any suggestions and tips for the easiest possible way? Because it seems kinda hard to twist around and stay steady, but maybe it's just me...Thanks.
