    Injecting Glutes, Personal Experience??

    When I start my cycle (Test E 500mg/week) I've decided I'm going to do glutes because I will be doing most leg lifts and can't afford to have sore quads...anyways on with my question, what are your guys personal experiences on injecting your own glutes? position you get in? standing up? laying down? mirror? any suggestions and tips for the easiest possible way? Because it seems kinda hard to twist around and stay steady, but maybe it's just me...Thanks.

    Stand up and use a mirror. Get the wife to help ya if you got one

    Im right handed, and its fairly easy to twist enough to shoot my right glute, aspirate with one hand, then inj. really easy actually.. but my left glute, I usually get the wife to do. I have done it, but because its my other hand, I dont wanna tear the muscle by moving around too much.. thats the only time shooting hurts me, so I try to avoid it.. other than that, glutes are my favorite site!!

    for me it's the hardest part wend it come to glutes injection because like you said i need to twist my body, i allways got a sore neck after, for a couple of minute, but they still my favorite...

    i stand up and look wend i inject ,if i don't look sometime the needle goes out a bit

    just make sure you use 1.5" pins.... 22g get the job done for me nicely.....

    Sounds like best way is to stand up, and use a mirror...

    i also stand up and use a mirror... best way to go.. i would imagine that laying down would be somewhat efficient

    Standing up. You don't really need a mirror. It isnt that hard to look at your gluteus medius....it's like right behind your hip. Your flexibility has to be awful if you can't look to your side

    Delts, quads, tri's, bi's, pecs, traps. That give you 12 spots! How much are you injecting?!

    Seriously, glutes are hard for me. I've tried just standing and looking, lying down, etc... Standing and looking in the mirror is easiest. Though, as stated, if you're right handed, right glutes are easy, if not left glutes can be tricky. Just try not to move too much during the injection.

    I was just like you my first cycle, only shot glutes. I just stand and poke, no mirror or anything. Over time I found quads to be the easiest place to shoot over all mainly because you dont have to twist your whole body.

    Standing up is easiest for me. I just take pressure off of the leg that I am shooting.

    Try some other spots though. I wish that I would have tried some other sites much earlier than I did. Wouldn't have so much scar tissue on my ass.
