The AI(L-Dex, A-Dex, Letro) will help you with gyno and bloating.
The SERMS(Nolva, Clomid) will help a little less for gyno and bloating and a little for shut down. Hcg is better for shut down.
An over the counter acne cream and a bar of soap should take care of acne

I personally like a-dex better than the other twoi because I retain less water then on Letro...I think its different for everybody...

Not much diffrence but many find A-dex to expensive. I dont think the cost diffrence is justified for similar results
