Hi, I always take 10 grams of creatine everyday along with protien. I got bored of taking creatine before protien before workouts and then again creatine and protien after workouts. So i descided to mix them together, THAT TASTED NASTY!. I went to vitamin shoppe and found something really intresting. I found shake's that have protien and in there is 5 grams of creatine in each shake. Now, Is that as good as taking specificly made creatine and protien seperatly? It will save me time to take those shake's. Will the 5 grams of creatine in those shake's be as good as regular specificly made creatine? It will save me so much time and the hasle of continuely taking shake's.. what do you guys think?>
