Spot Injections!

I have been searching for more info on spot injections and cant seem to find much.
Can anyone post a site or pics of where to inject Delts and Quads.

No problem. There is one thing on there that we discussed in an earlier thread. In some of the pictures it looks as though they are flexing while injecting. You don't want to do that. I believe they did it that way because it is easier to show where your point of entry should be.

Yeah i read that thread. one question though, aspiration is just to see if you have hit a vein am i correct? if you have then blood will enter the syringe? if not then your good?

Yup, just aspirate and wait to see a little air bubble, if you do and there is no blood, you are good. If you get some blood, pull it out and try another spot.
