Trap injections

I just injected both my traps tonight for the first time. Just was curious as to others who inject their traps. Do you usually go higher up on the trap, more towards the neck, or more towards the middle of the trap. Do you inject straight into the muscle or at any type of angle.

I went closer up to my neck and straight in, or as straight as I could get it in myself. Kind of a pain to watch what you are doing and stick yourself in that position if you aren't very flexible. Just curious as to what others experiences are with this.

i go for the middle of the trap straight in

but i carn't do it myself because i carnt assperate so my girl dose it no problems

also my friend do it for me near the neck directly into the muscle but ull feel some shake in ur traps

I'm not sure what nerves run down the back of the neck, but I bet there is some. Anyone have an anatomy charts with illistrations of nerves in the neck/back?

i'am not 100% but i think most the nerves would run down the spinal column

i don't think there are very big one's that would be running in the trap nothing like the santinic nerve

I injected in the top of the trap......... never again. Out of all the sites I have used traps hurt the most for me.

I am not feeling hardly any pain today from the injections, so maybe I picked a good spot.

why u gonna inj in ur traps while their is alot of safe spots

What isn't safe about injecting into the traps?

It is another place to inject when you are doing 1-2 injections ED. Sometimes you get sick of being sore in the same places all of the time. Not to mention the scar tissue that begins to build up.

I have only shot in my traps once....and it was with prop..woke up in the middle of the same night in the most aggonizing pain ever, couldnt turn my head for two F'n days
