Just for instance, I can only bench 130. I am 6'1" and 140 pounds. WET. I know it is advised against steroids, but bros, I have tried EVERYTHING. I'm sick and tired of being a little puny ass. The main problem is at work b/c I work as an industrial welder. They see the little guy as the person they DON'T want on their crew due to the fact he can't wrestle a 300 pound beam into position and hold it. It hasn't cost me my job, but has cost me being called to more work. I would appreciate ANY AND ALL input on this before I start. I don't want to start this cylcle if you guys believe it's not a good idea or too overboard/extreme. I've watched this website for months, and their is a wealth of knowledge here. I have NOT bought the cycle yet, I'm still running checks on the site (500 bucks, wouldn't you?). Thank you all for the input, suggestions, or encouragement.

All you need is food at this point. IMHO you could gain a lot more naturally. Set yourself a goal of say, 180lbs under 10%, then think about cycling. Get yourself a good weigh gainer/creatine and eat 6-7 small/medium meals per day.
Then, you MIGHT look like Booz....?

Since it seems obvious from people more knowledgable than me, what would you guys recommend if you were in my shoes and want to gain 45-50 pounds? What would be your diet, workout reg, etc? I finally bought a pedometer and have worn it to work the last two nights...night before last I walked (and climbed staris) to the distance of 9.2 miles. Last night I walked 3.5. I already have a sky high metabolism and if I don't eat more than 2500 calories, I lose weight at the rate of 1lb/day. Help!!

roids
Sustanon is not the best for a first time user. Personally I would go with a Test E. Maybe run 400-500mg for 8-10 weeks just to see how your body reacts to it. Dont forget about your PCT. GL!

No, no, no You don’t need roids.
Firstly, I see you conveniently left out an age. Seven inch biceps, hmmm?
Secondly, you certainly need to develop, as stated above, a better base. Get yourself some Creatine and start munching protein bars and peanut butter.
No, no, no, I’m not done yet not with the Meatball.

Lastly while working up another say up to 25-30lbs, you’ll have time to do more research. So retool that cycle and consider a Test E only (novice cycle), with proper PCT.

your workout needs alotta help too in my opinion.
I believe in seperating the push and pull workouts on different days to get peak tearing actions. In other words I wouldn't do chest and back on the same day. Nor would I do bi and tri's on the same.
Legs should have a day all to itself.
Why u stacking on your first cycle, you don't need too.. Your receptors are totally fresh.

If you cant gain any weight, even though your diet and training are spot on, try this:
test e-600mgs ew 1-10
primo-1gram ew 1-10
nolva-20mgs ed 1-10
pct:
clomid-100-50mgs ed(from week 10 until you have recovered)
Arimidex -0.5 ed 10-13
tribulus-1-2gram ed 2weeks on/off
Remember to eat like a horse, on an off cycle. Make sure you get enough rest between workouts also, and stick to basic movments.

You have no muscle for the gear to work with. Try a "bulking" lift setup. Heavy lifting. moderate reps. Maybe some 5x5 or 4x6 of powerlifts. Look into it more though. Just a suggestions.

you need good food and good training, NOT GEAR!

At this point in the game I would be less concerned about your diet being spot on (probably an unpopular opinion) and more worried about just consuming calories... based on your medical profile and obvious metabolism, the extra fat/carbs in your diet might be what you need... granted I would relook at the claim of a 1.5% bodyfat... that just smells fishy to me, but none the less... eat, eat like a horse... go to Wendy's, Burger King, whatever and consume... sounds like your body is already more than efficient at burning the calories
as far as training I would follow a hard gainers type of program... look up Stewart McFerson or others for some good solid hard gainer philosophy... basically it will boil down to infrequent low reps/high poundages a la Mike Mentzer type training...
More energy you waste, the more you hyper metabolosim will canibolize lean tissue... this you don't want
