    Lightbulb Newbie with some questions and need some help

    Okay I have recently gotten some gear and I must admit I am nervous about taking it. I am on a diet, (weight watchers) and I have dropped 10lbs in 3 weeks, I like this diet as you can eat from all the food groups and have plenty of energy for the entire day. I tried low carb and had headaches and just felt like shit. I am 5/10 240 so I would say I need to drop about 35lbs. I have been going to the gym 5 days per week and cardo is always in the mix. 25-30 minutes. My questions are this, will I loose fat taking this combo, will my hair fall out, will I get bitch tits as I have big tits now as they run in the family with the men, will my heart get bigger? will I kill my liver? I appreciate the help guys. Here is what I have, I have not started this first cycle yet.

    Stanozolol 50mg 42 capsules 1 per day
    Sust-Test 250mg injections 1 shot per week

    Doesn't sound like you are ready at all for gear, no flames nor offense meant.

    The fact that you are doing Weight Watchers is kind of a tell tale sign right up front.

    Gear w/weight watchers is like Carrot Top dating Beyonce.....

    sheeeeesh mate,you need to do a LOT of research before you go and start anythin!
    you also need to lose the weightwatchers bullshat diet and get on a clean cutting diet(diet forum),you need to get down to the 15% bf mark or better around the 12-13 mark before you even think about roids!!

    bro.. you have a lot of reading/research to do before you jump on any gear. when you've reached your natural plateau, then perhaps think about it, although i'd recommend test only at 500mg/wk for 12 weeks for your first cycle.

    you may be overdoing it in the gym... at least with the cardio anyway... try 3 times per week at 45 min...make sure you are getting enough good fats like nuts, fish, or take flax seed oil. if the weight watcher's diet is working for you then..okay. but how many cals/ed are you consuming? you have to make sure you're not burning muscle as well as fat.

    Fill me in, I have seen some great results from Bodies for life and some of them used weight watchers. You can eat meats, nuts, etc. The entire diet is based on calorie intake.

    I have a buddy who is ripped and been on gear a while, he is telling me enough with banging your head, take the gear and get a jump-start.

    About 2200 per day, I feel good and I am not very hungry. I am taking fish oil capsules to lower Cholesterol a little and eating chicken and fish and meats. I will back down cardo to 3 days at 45 minutes.

    If you wanna lose weight the correct way and keep it off, you need a good cutting diet, fu(k weight watchers! Here is an example of a good cutting diet, follow it, it works, im following something similar now

    You dont need gear. Steroid do NOT burn fat either. To aid in you fat loss try to do 30-45 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach too

    you are goin the right way by asking quiestions mate,just listen to what you are told and you will get results,please do not just jump into taking roids before you have lost the bf!

    very good point... steriods DO NOT BURN FAT!! So if your goal is to lose fat then check out the diet section and see how that compares to your current one. Also, make sure you're not exceeding your suggested HR during cardio or you'll be buring muscle, which it sounds like you dont' have to spare.

    I had full blood work done and Test is low 170 and I am 35, I figured a little jump start would not hurt me with some gear

    HR runs about 140 when doing cardo.I thought winny would help me loose some fat and the test would help me gain some muscle.

    apart from the fact of blood pressure issues,you would not see anygains because of the high bodyfat,so wat is the point??

    yea it could help you lose weight, but honestly i think it would be best for you to diet for awhile, then once you start taking gear, focus on bulking. that way youl have better long term results.

    btw, the king of all cutting cycles is test prop/tren acetate. that combo combined with a strict cutting diet high in protein will make you drop weight unbelievably fast.

    Agreed.

    Set yourself a goal. What is your bodyfat? Set a goal of under 13% at about 180lbs, then think about cycling.

    The best weapons you have for burning fat are, having a perfect clean diet and doing cardio at the correct time. In the AM on an empty stomach is a good place to start.
