HCG intramuscular or subq???

Starting my HCG tomorrow. I paln on doing 500 IU EOD for 2 weeks.
I hear different opinions on what is best as far as intra or subq.

Need some opinions from the experts out there.

Both have shown the same release/absorbtion. I would go sub-q since it is easier and "safer"

Doesnt matter to much. IM is more conveinent for me, and for those with low bodyfats.

One more question...I'm also doing 3 iu's a day of HGH. Can I do the HCG and GH at the same time? Or should I do one in the morning and the other at night.
Can you really mix them into one syringe???
