There really isnt a better way to go.. Some Liquids may taste worse but thats about it..

Main difference I notice is the aweful taste of the liquids. If you can get past that though, I find them just as effective as pills.

Now, all of that also depends on your supplier.

I agree, and you can get the exact mg you want with out having to round to 10's or 5's with pills.
