Ok well I have a buddy who wants to take the next step to prepare him to compete on the national level. He is 35 5'6 and about 185lbs, now that with about 10% bodyfat, so the guy is extremly lean. Now he has be cycleing for quite a few years and wants to take it to the next level. He was told bt an x professional Bodybuilder that he has the potential to become a pro, so now that is his main goal in life. He trains right, he eats about 5000 calories a day and about 300 grams of protein, and sleeps like 9 hr nights. His life revolves around work and bodybuilding so I think he has what it takes to get there. So here is his plan , now this is just what he thinks, now i want to get this perfect for him so all help would be appricated, i dont have alot of knowledge of long cycles so I cant help him that much
7 month total cycle 30 weeks
Weeks 1-12 - Test enanthate 900mg
Weeks 1-12 - Deca 600
Weeks 1-4 - Dbol 50 daily
Weeks 1-4 - IGF-1 40mcg daily
Weeks 9-12 - IGF-1 40mcg daily
Now at the 3 month mark he wants to switch compounds to avoid toal oversaturation which will continue like like this
Weeks 13-24 - Sustanon 1050mg
Weeks 13-24 - EQ 600mg
Weeks 13-16 - T-bol 50mg daily
Weeks 17-20 IGF-1 40mcg daily
These things run throughout the whole cycle
Weeks 1-24 - HCG Every 3rd day 500iu
Weeks 1-26 - Adex 1mg daily
Heres the PCT starting week 27
Weeks 27-30 - IGF-1 40mcg daily
Weeks 27-20 - nolvadex 20mg daily
Weeks 27-? - Clomid 100mg daily( Running tyhis till balls drop and sex drive come back)
Now he gets blood work done all the time and it is 100% completly normal. He does light cardio year round and has an iron clad nutrition and supplement plan. This guy lives Bodybuilding . Any help would be helpfull
