    testE only cycle, help would be much appreciated

    up until now ive done a few superdrol cycles, but the stuff is way to harsh on the blood pressure and liver...
    right now i have a source for testE that ive checked out and its legit

    ill be doing 10 wks at 500 mg twice a week injections, mon mornin and thur night
    im 5'10 and 199lbs at around 7%bf---run alot so its easy to stay lean


    i basically want to know what kind of results people have gotten from a test only cycle, and if they kept their gains easily or not

    also for post cycle i have nolva and clomid set up...

    i really wanna gain lean mass and good gains in strength

    also im 22

    run clen during pct, and youl keep damn near all of your gains

    ur 1st cycle should give u good results with just test as long as u train/eat and rest right

    i was thinking about the clen , for the anti catabolic properties and i wouldnt mind usin it to up my endurance and knock off even more bodyfat

    yeah, i train heavy and my diet consists of alot of chicken, brown rice, lean beef, tuna, salmon and fresh vegies
    i try and get in around 400 carbs a day since my caloric output is quite high, and around 200-220 grams of protein while keeping my fats below 35 grams and those only being EFA's mostly

    your gains will depend on the food and exercise that you do while on cycle.. test e only is a great 1st cycle, and it's a cycle you will probably never again be able to accomplish....

    You will grow more on the 1st cycle than any others.. so it's all about your goals..

    and the food you eat while on and off..

    im thinking about running the same cycle as yourself ..
    im currenty 222pounds.. looking for good gains that ill keep through eating and training right..
    i have been told of different people different things about nolvadex ..
    been told yeh fire away and use that but been told to use others.. what u think?
