    What is a Good Weight to start

    What is a good weight to be, before starting a cycle. ppl say 150 is to small to start. so what is the ideal weight?

    Depends on ht and lbm %. But anyone who starts at less than 160lbs had better be a friggin umpa lumpa.

    I doubt you are 3-5% bf, but oh well. There is no set weight. Someone ready for aas at 5' and someone ready at 6' 6" will obviously have very different weights.

    the lowest b/f i reached was 2.88% and i was sick as hell ..

    so i doubt yur that low without having some sort of medical issues .. or unless u sit on winstrol most of the year heh ..

    dont juice unless you reach yur plateau

    You need to push your body to the limits of your natural capabilities. When gains become slow or non existent then you can think about AAS. I can tell you now that you can easily gain weight. I was 200lbs, 5ft9 at 15% bf when I started. But at that weight I was finding hard to gain weight, even training sensible and consuming 4000 calories a day.

    There are no short cuts in bodybuilding. The most important factors are diet, smart training and rest. Even with AAS you still need to push your body as hard as you possible can diet and training wise.

    If your 3-5% bodyfat then that says it all...........you clearly arent eating enough. You must be literally starving yourself to be 3-5%.
