normally i would go into a spiel about having your diet straight....however with those injects and doses, you have run some questionable/bunk gear....i could eat 3 mcdonalds meals a day, and with that cycle be a monster compared to you in that pic....no offense, but something not right

Sorry that is wrong.. Ive done 3 Cycles total.. this being number 3 that I just started..

Cycle 1 was a total waste.. I fumbled around with bullshit gear that I could get my hands on.

Cycle 2 was all QV test and Deca

    Test E 500mg wk 1-14
    Deca 300mg wk 1-12
    Dbol 30mg ed 1-5
    Anavar 10-14 50mg ed

I think this is what I took. Might be off a small bit for Cycle 2.. Ran Nolvadex.. and Did my clomid therapy

i know that gear dont grow on trees, but stay away from labs south of texas if all possible....i know some that swear by it, but it will always be questionable

    Three cycles?

No offense, but you don't even appear to lift weights.

Gear won't do anything unless you gain weight WITHOUT AAS first and establish a solid foundation.

make sure you are healthy, first and foremost.....get your diet straight..get a good work out regimen....research a bit more.....eliminate everything you can, then point the finger at bunk gear.....it will come bro, be patient....its harder for me me to get to 6'4, than it is for you to get my size....

Yeah I know what you mean about being tall. It's hard to get that bulky/stub appearence. By your pic I could tell you were around 6'4'' ,because thats where my head is when I stand by a door. But my goal is not to be as big as possible, like yours seems to be. I was over 240 before I cycled, only did a weak oral only cycle for 5 weeks but liked the gains alot. For you to be on your 3rd cycle with those compounds and time lengths you are definatly doing ALOT of stuff wrong to be only that size. You should quit taking aas, and learn how to train and diet correctly.

Even IF your gear was bunk, you should still have more of a foundation just from NATURAL training and eating. Like I said, that's not evident whatsoever.

So you can't lift a proper routine because of your shoulder and your still doing a cycle?

you could not go to the gym for a year and run that cycle and be 300% bigger point blank....i am not advocating that, you have work to do in every aspect of the game....

I appreciate the props, but I work and train and eat like a mad man and have for years. I used to be anorexic as you may already know, so I know what is needed to train/eat/etc. to change the body. Genetics only go so far, you have to know what you are doing and continue to do it correctly for years on end.

    That's also what I don't get.

LEG WORK is also a key to upper body size, and I bet his legs are waaaaaaaaaay underdeveloped. Not a flame, just a guess.

no doubt.....you have to lay the foundation first.....most want to inject and be bigger.....not have to do anything else....that will work, they will be bigger, but they will lose it....those with dedication will make strides on and off juice....and those with your dedication, will be superhuman

correct answer = get your foundation right, hit that wall, then grow with proper usage of aas.....
part of me will say this = i dont care what you do, you can eat crispy cremes for 4 months straight, on that cycle he is running he should grow tremendously====thesis conclusion= he is running bunk gear

"Getting ready for summer" also sounds like what a part time fitness enthusiast would say. For instance, there were a lot of kids who came here recently who asked, "what can I take for spring break to look ripped"?

It should be a year round endeavor to get ready for anything, it's a constant procedure to better yourself.

The big question is, Why take aas while injured? That is CRAZY! Why waste your health by doing a cycle that your not totally prepared for physically or mentally. If that shoulder is hurt as bad as you claim how do you bench or do any overhead movements? You should be resting it , not do a cycle when you can't even train right. Lets use are heads ppl!

Yo hellmask sums it plain and simple..... U are hurt, U can't train properly.... U are pretty much the poster boy for the fact that steroids are not a magic pill.... and that it is more about having a solid routine as far as diet and training is concerned..... I don't care how much gear u put into your body... if u are not challenging your muscles to grow while in the gym then u will have shitty results.................Bottom Line.......... save the money u r wasting on gear.....
