    kept ggains from Test E.

    how much gains will i keep from Test E.?? ersonally i tihnk i havea good genetics concerning kept gains, last cycle i was very stuppid and did not do a pct, i gained around 20 pounds and kept 15 pounds with NO pct, this cycle im going to use pct so im guessing itll be good kept gains, any comments???

    will you be doing it alone again? You'll prolly gain just as much as your last and keep the same. all depends on your diet during the pct

    last cycle it was equpoise with test e. this time im just doing test E. alone. this time i will do a pct and my diet wil be in check

    do pct just to ensure that your actual body heals and comes back to par.. everybody is diff though with keeping gains.. gota see for yourslef.. good luck bro

    You will maximize your strength and size gains with good diet, training, and PCT. Hard to say exactly how your body will respond, but keep those three things in check and you will get all that your body will allow.
