    Knots?

    When a knot appears is that caused from not going deep enough into the musle?

    Not always.You could have injected to fast.To much oil...ect ect


    Just massage the area to disperse the oil ............

    Try injecting 1ml in about 15 seconds, no faster. Usually does the trick.
