The stopper can get a little beat up using a jug of that size.If you have some smaller sterile vials around,I'd transfer/break down the large jug.Originally Posted by rawdog

You'll be there all day trying to draw oil with a 25g pin.By the time you would get 2cc's drawn up,you'd be eligible for social security.Use an 18-21g for drawing the oil.

bro, sterile vials are like 2-3 bucks. i always broke down gear into smaller vials in the past when using winny or eq that came in 50ml vials

what is the point? i'm assuming it's for sterility...i can live with the top being chewed up, but i don't want to chance any infection.

You will end up with all kinds of rubber particles in your gear after dipping into it so many times. And yes with that many big holes in the stopper, I believe you may start to run into sterility issues.

and if the top does get all chewed up it makes it easier for bacterias to get in the vials..just better safe then sorry
