Cycle, Nolva, Gonakor

I am not ready to start my first cycle I know that much, I got confused wit nolva, its not an injectible, the syringe is to measure it out for oral use correct? what would be best to take it with? My current cycle or destination is:
Deca:500mg a week for 12 weeks
Sestonon: 500mg a week for 12 weeks
Nolva: 10mg Orally? for 12 weeks Ed

Does this sound correct and would I need a HCP after the cycle for pct or would the nolva do it? Like I said I am still researching, I have no intensions of hurting my body. Has anyone ever heard of Gonakor as an HCP?

for a first cycle stick with a test-e ONLY.

i think you mixed hcp with hcg. this should'nt be part of pct but needs to be run through out cycle(if needed).
