    Where do you buy your ALA?

    I need to get some ala but I might wait until AF store gets the "new and improved" version of ala..Where are you guys gettin it and how much is it?

    Try Vitamin World, Im not sure if they have a website though....They tend to sell pills in higher concentrations..I got milk thistle and saw palmetto in gel cap form--liquid extract--1000mg a pill for about 10 bucks a bottle (90 count) Im sure they will have it in a higher than normal strength for a good price.

    I have purchased ALA from Vit World before and the largest I saw was 200 or 300 mg caps...but the price is about twice as much per gram as www.anabolical.com. Anabolical carries 500 mg caps shipped quick.
