are you working out correctly? don't do chest more than once per week. heavy weight, low reps 4-5 reps etc.......

Just to update this thread if anybody is interested, i bumped up my dosage to 600 mg last week, which was week 6, and today now on week 7 it has deffinetely kicked in, strength was waaay up today and i now weigh in at 235lbs. Thanks for all the suggestions given to me in this thread.

I wish I had bumped up my dose on my cycle to 600+ a week. I did 500 and didnt really get much in weight gains. This was my first cycle (and pct starts today) but ive learned now that my body needs more.
