Hey im sort of brainstorming this cycle and I'm looking for any input you guys can give me.
The reason I might go with var only is because I play sports which require me to do workouts all year around. I cant have a major PCT shut down period because we have hardcore workouts literally all year around. Our workouts include running/lifting/sprinting/agility/etc.
This will be my second cycle. First time(last year) I did test e 500 mg a week 10 weeks, pretty basic. I got good gains and kept most of them but my PCT was a bitch. I was shut down really hard and didnt feel like doing anything. I cant have that this year because im competing at a higher level.
So will var alone give me a pretty mild PCT? Anyone with personal experience?
Im not looking for HUGE gains, just maybe 5-10 pounds of lean muscle with as little fat gain as possible.
I was thinking of throwing in some prop at a low dose but I havnt decided. Money isnt much of an issue because I shop in Mexico. I can get it pretty cheap and im not terribly worried about it.
Im thinking maybe 40-50mg a day.
8 weeks? 10 weeks? What do you think?
Also anyone done a bulk on var? I've read alot about cutting but im looking to bulk.
