Does anybody here have the accesability to record how to properly inject and aspirate. I think this would be a helpful tool in learning for myself and others. A description is good but a visual would be key. let me know if there is a video clip somewhere out there with this already presented. and dont send me to valentino trying to remove the puss out of his bicep with a needle.

Haven't heard of any videos, however there is a website that has pictures. That may help. Do a search on spot injections

juss go to a web site look at the pics. the injecting and aspiration needs to be swift and quick. the actual injection its self doesnt need to be quick.
