I've finished my cycle of 500mg test and deca about a month ago and am looking to get a little kick. I've never done an ECA stack before (taken ephedrine but not routinely) and wanted some help.

I usually work out around 6 or 7:00pm, will the ECA stack be a factor with insomnia? When should I take the stack, and how many times per day?

I was thinking 25mg Ephedrine, 200mg Caffeine, and 80mg Aspirin.

Once again, how many times and when should I take it according to when I work out?
