J/w 30mg of dbol a day(ran w/ test) they say split it up into 4-6 equal doses.
It makes sense to me to have it spread pretty evenly throughout the day; however, would it be beneficial to say maybe 5mg in the morning, 5mg at noon, and maybe 10mg when i work out(i workout around 4). That leaves 10mg left for the day, one after and one at bed.
That would be 30mg
Is this advisable?
The reason i did 10mg before the workout is so i have more of it when i need it most.
Make sense at all?
