Need some serious help and thoughts

Here's my situation...found you guys by surfing, unbelievable info and a great source. That is my kudos. Been reading as a guest for a few months now and finally got a pair and signed up.
Here is my issue...I did not know where to post this thread, thought I would go to one or all of the experts!
I am 5'10" and weight of 185#...have a decent build, BF at 15%. I work out, but not seriously. I am 34 yrs old and I know my test levels are probably starting to lower.
I have a son that was diagnosised with a life shortening disease whom depends on me 100% for everything. He is confined to a wheelchair full time. I lift and carry him and his equipment, more than I care to count.
Had physical check-up and I am in perfect health, but my Doctor is really concerned about my back and possible long term effects from caring for my son (have been doing it for 11 yrs now)
He suggested if I got on gear, I could strengthen everything up.
Basically I need to know if my "cheat" is going to work. I can get the stuff I need, I just want someone who can put themselves in my shoes for a few minutes and let me know if this cycle and diet will be good for me.
I am hoping to put on 15-20# of muscle and cut.

This is my diet (been on it for last 30 days, will stay on it unless told it is wrong) M1: whey shake w/ non-fat milk & oatmeal M:2 6-8 egg whites w/ 1 can tuna M3: PWO whey shake M4: 2 PBJ's on whole wheat w/ banana M5: 1 cup pasta with 1 grilled chicken breast M6: Lean protein with veggies (fresh)

I will drink tons of water and green teas

I just joined a gym(been using home gym) and will be working one on one with personal trainer 3 times a week, and 2 more times a week on my own.

    This is my planned cycle:
    andro275 via pin/week (week 1-4 x1 wk / week 5-10 x2 wk / week 11-12 275)
Deca250 via pin/week (same as above)
    stan 100 mg/day oral starting week 3

Plan on PCT of Nolva 20mg/day for 3 weeks

I am not looking to compete, I am not trying to impress woman...I just want to know that I will be able to care for my son for as long as God leaves him with me. I know short cuts are no recommended, I have plan in place with a very good reason...I just need feedback or tweaking. In a better world I could train hard for years, perfect my diet...then debate using super sup's, but I gotta find something now. I just don't want to get FAT!!!

Any advice or direction is greatly appreciated. Once I get with the personal trainer, I can forward our work-out and have that adjusted also!!

Thanks in advance for your time and help. If you feel i need to post this, please let me know what area will get me most feed back and honest help.
    Thank You Elkman2000

to be honest i wouldnt juice if i were u. if the only reason u are goin to do it is to be able to cary ur sons things then go to the gym, learn from the trainer. ask him how to strengthen ur back especially. have him check ur bf so that u are positive it is 15%, if it is over 15% i would say try to cut a lil weight and that will make it easier to do those things..also if the doc said u should juice then u should get it prescribed by him so u can get it legally..good luck...

My son is not the only reason...just a BIG part of it, I would be a liar to say I don't want the body for myself also. BF is 15%, had that done already. I could trim it down, not a problem. Strengthen my back, proper lifting techniques...I have down. Let's say I have an extensive background in Rehab/Physical Therapy.
Doc won't prescribe because he is sport med's and he is always under the scope...plus preventative medicine does not fly.
I appreciate your replies, but I have done alot of research, made some lifestyle changes and at my age and my genetic scheme....not much more I can do without "help".
Do you think diet is okay? What about the cycle? Is it an over-kill....do you suggest something different.

i think the next step is to go to your general practice physician and get some initial bloodwork done. tell him you are have some erectile dysfunction (what they want to hear for insurance reasons) and would like to get a hormone panel done. best of luck, HRT may be an option for you

beyond the possibility of getting a script, honestly it will teach you about yourself. You will figure out how you stack up to everyone else in the normal hormone range. also you will have a reference for the future if you so choose to use anabolic /androgenic steroids
