    Question about D-Bol

These past couple of months I have been in the process of perfected my first cycle. I have a question. I am taking 4 weeks of D-Bol as a part of my cycle. If I am planning to take every sunday off as a rest day, do I still take the D-Bol on that day?

P.S. I just wanted to mention how helpfull everybody on this site is. It really means alot to take time out to help other people with this stuff.

I think it should be taken every day including off days. Your muscles are still growing and repairing even on your off days. I personally take it every day when I am on it.

Someone much wiser than me once said, "Remember, your muscles aren't growing while you're working out. They're growing while you're eating, sleeping and resting"

With that in mind, whatever AAS that you take daily in your cycle, take EVERY day. You use it even more on your days off.
