Some info for this newbie.
Hey there I am a 21 yr old who just had a total knee replacement and I have gained about 90 lbs from the bed rest. I used to lift consistently but I have just now been able to get back into it. I'm not looking for any hardcore stuff maybe just something for beginners. What can anyone recommend me, and some help with cycles and where I might be able to ****** some of the product you recommend. I'm not sure of all the rules, but if you cant post certain stuff PM me or send me an email at [email protected] thankx for all your opinions and time.

I've looked through the forum, but I have to be careful of what I take because I have a bleeding disorder known as Hemophilia. Since I'm from such a small town, we don't even have a gym, I do not know anyone who uses, or anyone else that evens bothers lifting weights, I've glanced through the educational forums, but I'm a little impatient for that. I just need someone to say here, take this so many a week for this many weeks and heres where to buy it. I'm pumped up about getting back into lifting and I know I probably too impatient and I apologize I just want to get built fast for summer time, I have almost 80lbs to lose and a weak leg to finish he****g, and I'm just tired of being unhealthy.

Don't use steroids right now. Get back into it. Slowly, consistently, train, rest, eat right, rehabilitate your injury and you'll slowly realize how glad you were that you waited.

I say use some cardio with a diet, that'll get the weight off and I'm sure there's plenty in your small town.

I know I know, I apologize to anyone I might have angered, I calmed down a bit and read through some of the Edu stuff and I didnt realize those kinda questions bothered people. I just get hyped up and excited I'll be more careful next time and do some more research before asking questions.

Bro gear isn't a cure all for an out of shape body, it still requires hard work and discipline.

For those of you that replied to my post of few months back. Thank you. I've gotten back into lifting now for around 3 months maybe a little more, twice a week. My strength is slowly but surely starting to come back, I started benching only 60lbs and now I'm at 175lbs. I just wanted to say thanks, its nice to see people telling people the right thing to do even if its not what they want to hear. I haven't lost much weight let but hopefully that'll start happening soon. I also hope to start understanding more about this site and get to know some of you. Thanks

Ohh that's not my email, that was my first post as I was nieve in posting that up there. Luckily one of the moderators or someone went in and edited for. Thanks though for lettin me know man, that would've been some trouble lol. I'm not on a strict diet yet, because I'm still in college which is out of town and the gym I go to is out of town, and pretty much since my town sucks. I'm forced to be on the run all the time, I just try to stick around 2500 calories. I am taking Whey protein shakes, but I'm looking into some kind of metabolism, fat burner type stuff without losing muscle. If this post needs to be moved than thats fine. I still don't know all the areas, I'm going to check out the diet area tommorow and see what people have posted. Once I get a strict diet down I will share.
