After reading multiple posts about long and short cycles there seems to be some grey area.
Obviously for a newbie (like myself) its best to run with a few "beginner" cycles to start like Test 500mg/week 12wks for example.
Now after you have a few under your belt is it smart to switch to a shorter cycle in order to prevent health issues and keep good quality gains??
I know it differs for everyone but a generality would be useful for people like myself on this board........
