    Clenbuterol(;

I was wondering since clen is an anti catabolic, if i do cardio 5 days a week wich i have never done before due to muscle tissue breaking down,,will it keep all my muscle while burning fat??? is it that strong of an anticatabloic?

that logic is false IMO in so many ways.. the whole catabolic / anti-catabolic / anabolic terms cant be used like that (simplifiyng).. u might want to hear some other opinions but IMO that reasoning is useless. Another question is if u can do cardio 5 times aweek while on clen without it being catabolic.. I think u can but it depends on so many other things..

you will loose a deal of muscle with that plan unfortunately.
my suggestion ( what i do) is take amino acid's and Cellucor's R3 right before cardio to stay in an anabolic balence

as said you lose muscle, but if you click on clen <--- it will tell you that although its a catabolic you will feel your muscles firming up. Its really because your losing your body fat, not always weight.

secondly do not run on clen. itsnot good for the heart and your breathing.

I'll take 5/10grams of L-Glutamine as well to offset any catabolic effects.

You'll always lose some muscle when dieting down, increasing cardio and using Clen . Clen has a mildly anabolic effect around week six, which helps, but the key variables when discussing catabolism are substance amount, caloric intake and timing. It's a fine line but if you can provide your body with enough quality calories to perform its' duties including your work out, and time protein intake around cardio (before and directly after), it's quite possible to minimize muscle breakdown during this time. Just be sure not to add any depletive substances like T3, and to monitor your weight, physique and strenght, if they drop off too much reduce the Clen dosage.

Muscle break down dosent start from minute one of cardio. The factors are your health, your met, And your target heart rate and how long you stay there. If you do more then 30-45 min of cardio it turns catobolic. I dont care what you are taking. Cardio means you are at your ideal heart rate. Now as far as clen this dosent change anything in that aspect. It works well when cutting and trying to keep lean muscle mass but too march cardio will **** you up just as fast on clen as without it. Cardio is one area where over training is NOT a myth. "in the muscle mass catagory that is" And you can take a pill to try and counteract everything.. fact is most of the shit dosent work.

Can you back this up with anything? Saying this first of all is incorrect becouse you should NOT take clen straight for 5 weeks in ANY dosage. And Clen dosent build a core base in your body like a Test depot so if anything clen would have stopped working piriod around week 4, Also clen has an Anabolic/Anti Cat, result in two hours not six weeks. Not trying to bash you here. I am just wondering where you got this information from? which helps, but the key variables when discussing catabolism are substance amount, caloric intake and timing. P.S. Bikes are horrible cardio. Thats why you always see fat people on them. Eliptical is what i use. becouse i have a bad back. If i did not have a bad back i would use a sprinting technique that shreds fat and builds quick twitch muscle fibers.

On the tred mill. jog for 2 minutes. then crank it up for one minute of sprinting. then 2 min jog then 1 min sprint do this for 30-40 min. You can do this outside at the track too. It is incredible. Give it a shot.

Absolutely ridiculous post..........Bike is a great form of cardio if used properly....I've seen more fat people on the ellipticals than anything else, but at least they are doing something......you wanna ask SC what form of cardio he uses pre-cntest? BI_E....

I guess thats why all those tour defrance guys are so ripped eh?
3 years of A&P 2 personal training certs, 5 years of pro sports, and common sense back up my theory. How about you? And the next time you wanna act like a little bitch and say "absolutely rediculas post" understand that repect is somthing you earn. I have no problem with people who dissagree with me. But calling it a rediculas post is retarded.. take somone at 18% body fat on nothing, or on drugs and have them use a stationary bike for 30-40 min. Then do what i suggested. I garuntee not only will that person lose more fat. but will also stimulate muscle growth.

Jumping rope for 10 minutes is equivelant to 30 minutes of running. According to MensHealth and MensFitness. Plus Jumping rope works legs, arms, mid section, just about everywhere. Only better cardio in my opinion is swimming.

Don't listen to anything Mens health or mens fitness says. I subscribe to mens fitness. Here is an example of how much these idiots know.. One of their "doctors" Was posed with the question of 'how can i max out with a little more weight" His answer... Before you start your lift take a deep breath and hold it.. I was floored when i read this. This is exactly what you are NOT saposed to do. Why you ask? One Hernia's will come in bunchs useing this technique. Also this raises your blood pressure through the roof you put enourmous strain on your heart and CNS while you do this. It can cause Impotance, Vericose vains, Herina's. Broken blood vessles, Heart failure these are of course worst case. But the fact that this joke ass magazine pubished this garbage was so typical of their style. They cater to the 5"11 160lb Metro Sexual. Their head fitness guy is a fat pile of shit.. they actualy brag about him being a power lifter and maxing out benching like 425 or some bitch weight like that.

Now.. Jumping rope is a kick ass workout.. but better cardio then sprinting? or even equal? i have to say no way.

    I love sprinting!
Most other ppl don't because it's to hard and to athletic of an exercise.

Tranzit - I never saw that article but i'll take your word for it. I cant believe a "doctor" would ever say sumthing like that, thats insane. To tell you the truth, I like all the health facts in those magazine's thats why I read them. My routine contradicts almost everything they say in those magazines anyways. (I am on the High Intensity Training program, Arthur Jones/Casey Viator training methods.) But back to Jumping rope, I get nasty cutting results from it. More-so than running, but everybody is different.
