    valium the truth

i been reading a lot about valium here and some of the stuff is giving me a headache...... I just been prescribed 10mg valium to take 3 times a day for reasons we wont get into. anyways what i'm here to say is my family phisician that prescribed me the drug told me that it is the safest drug in its class and NOT addictive as long as its not taken over a 4 week period. after 4 weeks a break should be taken. i read that ppl have problems working out do to valium. well thats obviouse when the drug is besicly designed to knock you the f-uck out! the way i solved this problem for my self is that i hit the gym first thing in the morning before i take anything (other then breakfast ofcourse) and then when i get out of the gym i take half a 10mg pill because i am trying to take as little as possible .... at bed time i take a full 10 mg and it works wonders for me . It doesnt affect my workouts at all becuse by morning time i guess the drug is lost its effect and the AS are in full action.
like all drugs valium cant be said to be 100 % safe NO DRUG IS SAFE but when my doctor tells me that its safest thing i could take i trust him over posts that i seen on here from people that god knows where they getting their info from.

Yeah, as far as any benzo goes, and 30 mgs a day is a little much, and he's right you would want to get off after a month you dont want to go through any benzo withdrawl, its fvckin crazy, valium has a longer half life than other benzos about 18 to 24 hours, compaired to xanax or ativan witch is only about 6 to 10, be careful, this stuff is very misleading once you start taking it life is great, so thats how the abuse starts, and once your hooked your fvcked, the mental part is just as bad as the phyisical w/d, Sorry if im rambbling !!!!!!!!!

This is a steroid forum. This is not a rec drug forum. By the way 30mg (10mg three times per day) is alot.

Not being able to walk straight is one. The only benifit is your HGH levels will go up at night, but damn 30mg a day. If I remember right, they only gave me 20mg a day when I was kicking heroin years ago

I am no doctor, so for whatever reason your doctor has you on 10mg x 3 ED stick with it he is a quaified doctor, but because of the long half life of the drug it could be taken all in one dose before bed I would recomed no more than 20mg every night. This is what I do and sleep like a baby and still one of if not the strongest guys in the gym.
