How long did it take you to get you test levels back to your current number?

My test levels were 380 roughly 3 1/2 -4 months after my last shot. I was using sust 250/wk through sept then prop 300/wk in Oct.

    Smiler, 65 when he's 20! That's a hell of a thing to think about.

Impressive recovery when taking into account the duration of the cycle, and your age.

I had my cholesterol checked, < 100, liver enzymes, bp, and all the other bloodwork done. My red cell count was slightly elevated when I was on. That was it besides the tiny gyno and prostate. I'd say the biggest concern for anyone, any age should be prostate health.

I read so many opinions regarding long cycles and how bad they are. Frankly that has never been my experience. I know a few guys who are natioanally competetive and none are having any problems. As I said I make no recommendations one way or the other. It's basically about being cautious, using something to protect your prostate, bp, cholesterol, against gyno, etc. while on. This is especially true if you stay on for many months at a time.

Also of note is no matter how long you've been on expect to lose a lot when you come off unless you train and eat very, very wisely. I lost a lot because I basically ate what I wanted and didn't train. It will come back very quickly however. If you've got twenty years training experience your body reaches that level very fast. You know how to train and what works vs what doesn't.

Not trying to hijack your thread or cause any bad karma but... I'm curious could injecting steroids be harmful to your sperm and alter them in any way, shape or form that would be detrimental towards a child?
