What up guys. I was wondering if I should take Weight gainer which has a shitload of more calories than the regular protien or the regular shit while I'm on sust. I'm 6''3 168 and I wanna gain a good 20 lbs of mass. My body fat is rea low and this is my 1st cycle. I've been lifting for about 5 yrs now. Let me know what you think.
