Yes not a problem.
It does not mix, but it does not need to.
Depending on your angle, you will shoot one first, as we all know oil flotes.

i don't know about hcg and oil i guest that you can! one thing i know is you can mix water base and oil ex: winny and test that allright...

Yes. So?

it still contains xxxxiu per ml. If you got the 5000iu vials, and you want to shoot 500iu, you shoot 0.1 ml

How long is your cycle? If you're doing a cycle for 12 weeks or less, I don't think you will even need HCG.
