Help me out just started my first cycle 4 weeks ago and ive got bi*ch tits sore sensitive nipples and what seems like harder and more than normal fat underneath im taking an oral tamoxifen citrate that i ordered from research unlimited it dosent seem to be getting any better is it any good should i take a nolvadex pills instead to get rid of this

Get an AI (aromatase Inhibitor) like letro, arimidex , exemestane, etc...
Get some b6, it may also help.

The gyno symptoms may be due to the deca .
if things get worse get your hands on some bromo or dostinex(cabergoline).
