    AR Liquidex Dosing?

    Do you take one or how many sprays orally?

    I like to measure with an oral syringe .25ml for a single day's dose.

    I am also taking liquidex. 1 spray is equal to .1mg. They say to take .25mg a day. Thats what i do. You can either measure it on a syringe which i dont do or you can do three sprays which would be .3mg. Its kind of difficult to do 2 1/2 sprays. It would not be too accurate

    30mL 1mg/mL
    10 pumps=1mL
    10 pumps=1mg
    1 pump=.1mg
