Whats up everyone? I am looking to start a cycle soon so it is done in time for my football training camp. I am 24 yrs old, 5'10 and 192lbs. I have decent size and strength and I play defensive back so my goal is more towards adding strength and lean muscle mass rather than bulking up. If I stayed about the same weight but was stronger and cut my BF% down a bit I would be extremely satisfied
I have read so much info on the internet that is conflicting... and everyone on this site seems to be more qualified than any other website... I was hoping you guys could point me in the right direction for getting ripped and cut so I can be a faster and stronger player
