    1st cycle ever

    Any suggestions for a 1st timmer? Never done a cycle b4. What would be good to start with?

    5'8" 172 lbs being training for 5 years
    I have read the educational posts and have decided to do it being serious about it and knowing the risks. But a good advice will always be appreciated.
